Schumaker Construction LLC is looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join our team. Laborers will assist with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general support of construction crews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation and general construction activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist operators and other crew members on job sites
- Operate hand tools and construction equipment as trained
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and job-site requirements
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to travel and work out of town during the week
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
